Premium Homes at The Farm at Tralee
Building Standards
Every member of the Tralee community may use their own designers and builders, or select from a preferred list of professionals we have compiled for your convenience.
All home plans must adhere to the strict design parameters established to preserve the character of the community as a whole. These parameters have been carefully considered to allow for the luxury our homebuilders deserve, maintain consistent aesthetic vision and preserve the inherent beauty that makes The Farm at Tralee unique.
Projected Costs
Below are some examples of home styles that hopefully convey our vision for the residences of Tralee. At a minimum the homes must be 2,000 square feet and no house may be exceed 6,000 square feet. Homes should cost between $200 to $300 per square foot to construct.
